On paper, the edge goes to The Reliables. They had a much better record during the regular season, dropping only their final map. They can play a lot of different ways, but it's likely Fiziek and SMK will be the primary defenders, allowing ymd and Paet to roam while lzr does most of the grabbing. Word on the street is that Paet is having some sort of connection issues, so whether or not that will be cleared up by match time could effect the outcome of this match. The Ole' Bastards will put up a hell of a fight though. They pulled off the upset against division rival Passive Resistance in the wildcard round, avenging their loss in week 1. They fielded a much better lineup for the playoff match, and having the same turnout for the semis will improve their chances greatly. Deepah and Aquila will share the load on offense, but they'll be relying mostly on JV and bazyl to keep the flag on the stand. Tiensin is the key to the whole match for DOB.
