  Match Recap

An amazing showing of skill by both teams. CTF-Mealstrom featured heavy defensive play from both teams. Artificial Aim more so than Pretty Mean Sistaz, because of He|tah's ping problems. Eventually Kud was able to sneak out and cap, with Kappa adding another one. CTF-Rainbase followed and was all over the place, the map is very dynamic in that way. There were lots of offensive waves and defensive drop backs from both teams. Kud however was able to run two caps back to his base with the help of his teammates and some amazing footwork.

Fast foreward to CTF-EthernalCaves2 and you would see lots of action. With great contention by both teams early in the map. Eventually Artificial Aim ran away with this one, as teh_neo was able to pug together some excellent flag runs. Last but not least, we have CTF-Orbital. This map is not known for its intense action or fast gameplay. The map will reward you for covering your teammates, or punish you for trying to do it all by yourself. This was shown with Pretty Mean Sistaz first cap, as the flag was dropped and picked up close to 10 times in middle, on the way to what turned out to be the winning cap.

Good games and great season to all teams that participated in MLIGCTF I. We hope to see all of you back for future events.
