The Dynasty II versus DogBalls
DM- Liandri
This match started off a bit bumpy for Dyn, having only 3 players and Byrd who had a high ping and decided to trade Relic for Bonz to get the match started. Dyn’s map was Liandri. Bullet, Fader, Wounded, and Bonz for Dynasty versus Hoss, Castor, Grifter, and WallyFSU(likes cock) for Dogballs. At the start of the match Dogballs took a very quick lead with Grifter leading the way, they chose to control the amp while Dynasty stuck to the belt. Dynasty was pretty helpless, but then with around 10:30 left Fader and Bullet appeared to start staging a comeback and cut a large Dogball’s lead to 11 frags. Now begin operation Fag with Amp. Hoss grabs the amp and puts Dogballs up 63-44, a second amp for Hoss 75-50, a third amp, Dogballs leading by around 20. Fourth Hoss amp, 4:30 remaining, a fifth amp for Hoss, and to end the map Hoss with his sixth amp in a row, and Liandri ending at 125 to 100 for Dogballs. Powerups were a very important factor in this match, the amp moreso than the belt, and Dogballs got 100% of the amps, while Dynasty I say controlled about 65% of the belts.
MVP – Hoss, his excellent fagmanship, timing, and amp control secured the victory for DBL.
DM-Pressure
Now for Dogball’s map choice, Pressure, now if you know Dioscuri well, other than knowing Castor liking man burritos, and Hoss enjoying watching Castor liking man burritos, then you know that Pressure is a favorite map for Dio. And it just so happens that Hoss and Castor are in Dio! So this was their pick, instead of Curse, which owns the shit out of Pressure, yeah that’s right, bitch. Anyway the map started off with another quick lead for Dogballs, Hoss leading the way this time. Wounded dropped a minute into the map, and I was just dreading having to watch this map. DBL had gotten the first two belts as well as the amp and was up 20-0 to start, controlling the pressure room until 16:20 when Dynasty took over. By now wounded had been back for a while, but anyway DBL quickly retook the pressure room, and suddenly everyone was without a gun, so a bunch of shortbus kids were running around with enforcers. Dynasty then proceeded to get the next 3 powerup sets(I don’t know if there were 2 amps or 1 because I just wrote pups in my notes, so eat me). Led by Fader and Bonz Dynasty cut the lead to 7 frags, getting’ good right about now, Dyn get’s their 4th powerup set in a row but gets pressurized, 4 frag lead for DBL and 9:15 to go. Dogballs then took control of the pressure room, however Dynasty was able to tie it up at 53 with 8:12 to go! Dynasty was unable to take the lead however kept it with in 1 or tied for the next two minutes until DBL took control of pressure room and got the powerups, with 6:15 to go they increased their lead to 8 frags, then to 12 with 4:40 remaining. Dyn cut their lead was cut to 10, then DBL got it back up to 14 meanwhile DBL had been controlling the powerups quite well. Dynasty gets the last powerups but fails to cut the lead any as Dogballs roll to a 20 frag lead with :30 left and then ends with a 22 frag lead. Dogballs 97, Dynasty 75.
