Wow what a snore fest hehe. Both teams displayed that communications have a lot to do with defense. And to try and avoid that Bretzky would try and sneak in by coming in low and feigning death near ztrak (who was low D) and when he wasn't looking progress farther into the base. Often times his sneakiness was in vein as he would get a face full of flak by NecroNinja who seemed like he almost always knew when he was coming. After many failed attempts HB would sometimes even send NANM to help out.
On the otherside, RoyalFlush kept disconnecting which allowed for a few power plays... yet HB couldn't make much of it. Julian tried, but was having a few troubles; it was nothing big, but big enough to hurt a good run. Ouchies, NANM, and KFC had their base pretty well locked down.
For the whole match no one had made it out to mid, until finally Bretzky broke thru only to get shut down near his own ripper. This shook up the tight defense of JB+. Soon after Julian makes it mid only to get shut down also, but HB's defense stayed on their toes. Finally RoyalFlush dropped fully and Verticon jumped in for JB+.. Soon after Bretzky makes it to middle with some good cover and caps to end the long spam fest.

RoyalFlush Julian - O | Druid - Mid/O | NecroNinja and ZTrak - D
This map started off slow, but then quickly picked up. Both teams had many grabs so it kept the game intense. Julian made offense look like his day job by making it out of the base quick and sometimes undetected. He made it to his base and to mid numerous times only to die. After a few of these runs his team started adapting to him and covering him very well. HB was trying very hard but NecroNinja was all over the place with help from ZTrak and Druid once more. It seemed as tho RoyalFlush and Julian's runs were more coordinated than CoolTown and Bretzky's. NANM was all over the place for HB, running O playing Mid, playing D, I don't even know what his set position was but he seemed almost frantic after they capped twice. Druid started off on D and played that well and then switched to offense later to help get some pressure up there.

This map was similar to Bollwerk in the amount of flag runs, but many of them got stopped very short. NecroNinja on this map made defense look easy as he shock and sniped HB as targetpractice. Once again JB+ looked more coordinated on their runs and were camping the belt, whereas HB would only be coordinated every other time. NANM and ouchies also made short work JB+ offense and worked very well together. I believe Bretzky was the main runner for HB and CoolTown was in there just to distract sometimes and that worked pretty well for them. As the times they did make it out of the base they made it to their base to either have a stand off or to get killed from no where. One of these runs Bretzky caps on a stand off. A little while later, Druid makes an awesome run and wasn't seen by very many people and sneaks into his base and caps with some great cover by Julian. Towards the end of the map in OT, RoyalFlush drops and FunFragger comes in, but when he dropped Bretzky makes a run and gets all the way back to his base on a 4v5 cap. Yeah it sucks, but this is not the first time it happened.
