i haven't watched it but from what i know, BOSA had many teammates ready to play and many of them got to do it on deck, switching around. sezco, who was the only person on BOSA to play full map, was their team's backbone and best player.
DV couldn't carry his team, even though he tried. Apparently, it wasn't half's best day as he struggled to deliver both maps.
Deck MVP - Sezco
Nitro MVP - DV-
(even though sezco had higher frags and efficiency, his team's consistency undoubtedly helped him achieve it. DV had a much tougher job and he managed to get over 60% eff and exactly half of his team's frags).
edit: i understand that it might seem weird that dv got MVP for nitro (see rants). i won't take this back but from now on ill consider the winning team players more, unless the player on the losing team does a great job against all odds (which in a way kinda seems like the case here). |
